Patt’s major East Coast workshop this year is at the Kripalu Retreat and Renewal Center in the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts.
It will be a highly experiential four-day workshop where you will be empowered to learn to manage stress and break the mental patterns that keep you trapped in habitual and unproductive attitudes, thoughts, and behaviors.
New research shows that the brain is amazingly adaptable, constantly rewiring itself in response to events. By learning to consciously access each of the four brainwave frequencies, you can free yourself from the self-destructive patterns that keep you from leading a successful and creative life.
In this workshop, Patt Lind-Kyle will guide you through exercises that will enable you to work in a constant state of flow.
You will learn:
You will return home with the tools you need to literally reprogram your neural networks for a life that is more peaceful, innovative, and positive.

In this video from her presentation at the 2010 International Society for Neurofeedback and Research Conference, Patt tells the story of how she got started with meditation and how she became inspired to share her experience of “finding home base” with her family, friends, clients and readers.
After Patt’s first 6-month meditation retreat, she asked herself “If I can experience this incredible, incredible state of happiness, and it can ride through me all the time – I don’t need to find it out there, it’s here, there’s no doubt it comes from here – how can I teach this to other people?”
She also talks about The Brain Mirror as an important feedback tool that she used to observe her own neuronal patterns during states of happiness and anxiety.
