Join with Patt Lind-Kyle as we put our lives on “pause” for just a few hours. We will come together on Friday evening to set our individual intentions for the day-long Saturday and to begin our silence. On Saturday we will settle our minds and move into our own inner refuge as we establish the clarity of mind to open to our true conscious nature. We will do a combination of sitting and walking meditation practicing the four brain frequencies. Patt will deepen the practice through her teaching and exercises. On Saturday we will also have an opportunity to settle our body in its natural state in an hour of yoga with Diane Jacobson.
This retreat is open to people who have taken any of Patt’s Brain Meditation Workshops
